Selina has more than 20 years of experience in International Relations with a focus on sustainable development; she is an expert in building partnerships, strategic alliances, and projects managements.
She has worked in multicultural environments in the public and private sectors, as well as international organizations and NGOs/foundations. She has experience working on projects with a focus on gender equity, indigenous rights, and cultural diversity rights.
Selina has a B.A. in International Relations from Florida State University, and from the Complutense University of Madrid in Spain she has a Master’s degree in International Cooperation for Development and PhD courses in Political Sciences and Sociology.
